Yoga students of any level are made to feel welcome at MontBlancYoga. The 'Spring is Here' Yoga series is perfect for early risers who want to start their day with positivity and rejuvenation. Join us for 4 weeks of live and recorded online yoga classes, and make a positive impact to Others through your practice as we donate to Charity, this time to Prostate Cancer UK. Our classes are tailored to everyone familiar to Yoga or with some experience, either following on from our concise Foundations of Yoga Pop Up Courses or those perhaps returning after a break. It will also suit as Beginners Yoga and Seniors Yoga for those with a good level of fitness. Established practitioners wanting to broaden and explore their practice in different ways can use classes to find consistency in their Yoga practice. Everyone can enjoy the company and friendship of our online Yoga community! The early morning live classes particularly suit those who work from home or enjoy an earlier start to their day, with no need to travel to a Yoga studio. This Pop Up comprises of 8 X 45 mins early morning classes on Tuesday and Thursday over 4 weeks at the start of 2024. Lessons follow various styles with weekly themes for added interest. We practice both dynamic Yoga in our classes using Standing Flows and Strength and Balance work, usually beginning with Breath practice (Pranayama) and finishing with slow stretches, to bring all round physical and mental fitness and a connection to Self. All classes use basic Yoga poses with lots of modifications and use of Props to make it available to every practitioner. Classes are recorded and participants receive a link to use or revisit any time during the week - no reason to miss out! Our themes bring in a little philosophy or anatomical focus to make our Yoga relevant to every day life. MontBlancYoga aims for fun, informative Yoga classes to involve and connect with students, with lots of variety and introductions to approaching Yoga from a different direction through, for example, Restorative and Yin Yoga. At the same time, our lessons focus on anatomical cues, Yoga alignment through Prop work, traditional practices with Sun Salutations and popular Asanas and, of course, Pranayama / Breath Control. Ultimately, we want everyone to enjoy their practice within our friendly community and feel good about why they are doing it through sharing what we can with those in need - real life Yoga!
